Wedding Photography Services Contract This is a written agreement between the photography company / photographer hereafter called "The Photographer" and the customer hereafter known as "The Customer". This agreement is for the sole purpose of booking and reserving a date for "The Customer" for the purpose of wedding photography and this contract will be used only for that purpose. The couple has hereby paid a deposit in the amount of $__________.______ and this deposit serves the purpose of reserving their wedding date of ____________________ ("Month") ________ (st / nd / rd / th) 20______. This is an agreement between Jerome R. Hansen ("The Photographer") and _________________________________ ("The Customer") in which both parties are aware that "The Photographer" has been hired to photograph the wedding of _____________________________ ("The Bride") and ________________________________ ("The Groom") on the________ (st / nd / rd / th ) day of ________________________ (Month) 20______. The deposit paid by "The Customer" will be held as a security deposit for wedding photography services to be rendered on the date specified above. "The Customer" and "The Photographer" understand that the deposit will go towards the final balance due of $__________.____ ("Balance Due") which is to be paid in full on _____/______/_____ ("Balance Due Date"). If the "Balance Due" is not received in full by the "Balance Due Date" then "The Photographer" reserves the right to cancel this agreement and keep the deposit and any other payments applied to the balance as compensation for those weddings that could not be confirmed or booked due to the photographer’s obligation to "The Customer". "The Customer" also understands that in the event that the wedding date stated above in this agreement is cancelled or changed then the photographer once again reserves the right to cancel this agreement and any deposit or payments made will be forfeited to the photographer. The Wedding will start promptly at _____:_____ and will be held at ______________________________________ ("Wedding Location"). The photographer agrees to arrive at the wedding no later than _____:_____ and provide photography services for a period of ______ hours total. The reception will begin at approximately _____:_____ and will be held at ____________________________________________ ("Reception Location"). A deposit is due at the time this contract is signed. If the deposit is paid by a check drawn against insufficient funds then the photographer reserves the right to cancel this contract without further cause or obligation. By signing this agreement both parties agree to and understand the terms of this agreement.
